To manage the working on implementation of the company’s financial activity directed in providing tasks of production plan with financial resources, income generation and distribution and accruals of the company and their usage

REGULATION

Director on perspective development and investments of JSC «Gidromaxsusqurilish».

Functions and responsibilities:

  • To manage the working on implementation of the company’s financial activity directed in providing tasks of production plan with financial resources, income generation and distribution and accruals of the company and their usage.
  • To develop,
  • To take part in preparing of the production plans and realization of products, works (services).
  • To analyze the administration of budget and financial and economic activity of the company.
  • To take part in development and integration of measures on increasing of production profitability and products realization.
  • To carry out the activity in attraction of loan proceeds and using of own resources to perform   financial operations (crediting, investment of financial resources into valuable security, use of funds in bank deposits), providing the accuracy of their implementation.

Work conditions on this position:

  • Working period: 5/2 from 8-30 am to 17-30 pm
  • Constant work
  • Draw up the documents according to the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Salary according to the manning table
  • Social package
  • Probation period: three months.

Professional requirements to the candidate for this position:

  • Available of High Education.
  • Knowledge of normative materials and international requirements regarding to conclusion of contracts and carrying out procurement activities.
  • Knowledge of law, methods and principles of corporate governance.
  • Knowledge of methods and procedures of short-term and long-term planning of the activity.
  • Efficiency, working ability, responsibility.
  • Ability to handle stress, ability to work in missions, communicability (literate speech, ability to talk to customers).
  • Accurateness, attentiveness,
  • Experience and ability to negotiate with chief executives of the company.
  • Knowledge of languages: Uzbek language - fluency, Russian language - fluency, English - preferable.
  • Knowledge of computer: masterful user.
